Fees and procedures

R & J Secretarial Limited offers customers an one-stop service. The following incorporation procedures will be followed:

(A) Tailor made company
- Customers can proposed the company name (either Chinese, English or both) to us. We will conduct the name search on your behalf in Companies Registry so as to ascertain whether the proposed name can be registered or not
- Should the proposed company name available for registration, we will prepare the necessary documents relating to the incorporation, such as formation application form, Memorandum and Articles of Association (M & A), first directors and secretary, register and registered office and filing to the Companies Registry
- Customers are required to settle the appropriate payments at the time of signing documents necessary for submission to Government
- Companies Registry will generally issue a Certificate of Incorporation within 7-8 working days after the receipt of application
- We will arrange for the collection of Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate on your behalf
- Standard company kit set including 20 copies of M & A, a booklet of share certificate, a register of minutes book, one bank authorization chop, one common seal, one round chop and a complete set of certified true copy of submissed documents for bank account open will be available
- Arrange customer for collection

(B) Ready made company
- Updated ready made company list is available upon request
- Customer can choose the name in ready made company list for registration
- We will prepare the necessary documents relating to the incorporation, such as instrument of transfer, bought and sold notes, Memorandum and Articles of Association (M & A), first directors and secretary, register and registered office and filing to the Companies Registry
- Customers are required to settle the appropriate payments at the time of signing documents necessary for submission to Government
- We will arrange for the collection of Business Registration Certificate on your behalf
- Relevant documents are available for collection within 1-2 working days, including the Certificate of Incorporation, Business Regsitration Certificate and standard company kit set
- Arrange customer for collection
